Our management covers all aspects of the property’s upkeep, including maintenance coordination, financial and service charge management, health & safety compliance, and clear communication with residents and freeholders, ensuring the smooth operation and long-term value of the development.
Chase Court Apartments
From 2020 to 2025, we provided block management services for Chase Court, a development of 14 apartments across two buildings. Our role included overseeing maintenance and repairs, managing service charge budgets, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations, and maintaining strong communication with residents and freeholders to support the smooth running and upkeep of the development.
Treetops Apartments
Providing comprehensive block management services for Treetops Apartments and Platinum House in Leatherhead, covering 10 apartments and 3 houses. Our services include day-to-day property management, maintenance coordination, financial management, compliance oversight, and proactive communication with residents and freeholders to ensure the smooth running and long-term upkeep of the development.
Hedgerows Ewhurst
Estate management services at Hedgerows in Ewhurst, a development of 4 detached new build houses. Our responsibilities include the upkeep of communal grounds and the coordination of external maintenance, ensuring the estate is well-presented, compliant, and maintained to a high standard.
Pine House The Park

Our role covers all administrative tasks relating to both leasehold and freehold management, including financial oversight, compliance, and resident liaison. Our focus is on efficient administration and smooth day-to-day management for owners and residents.

Our services at Harewood Road, South Croydon include full management of 5 apartments and 4 houses, covering Block & Estate maintenance, compliance, financial administration, and resident support to ensure the property is efficiently run and well maintained.
